Formerly of Fawnmore, Inishbofin, Co. Galway and Ashford, Co. Wicklow.

Predeceased by her mother, Evelyn Jones.

Melanie will be deeply missed by her devoted children Carolyne, Aonghus, Tazmin, Kaysha, Finnán, and their father Patrick Murray. She was a cherished grandmother to Dylan, Nuraya, and Aoibhinn.

She is also survived by her father Fred Jones, sister Nikola Concannon and brother Evan Jones, as well as nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, extended family, and friends.

Reposing at Conneely’s Funeral Home, Flood Street Galway (H91A786), this Friday evening (28th March) from 5 pm to 7 pm. The funeral cortege will arrive at Cleggan Pier on Saturday morning at 11 am for the ferry to inishbofin at 11:30 am.

The funeral mass for Melanie will take place at 1 pm in St. Coleman's Church, Inishbofin, followed by burial in Innishbofin Cemetery.
